CENTENNIAL — Two hundred people who come from 58 different countries will become U.S. citizens Wednesday morning, according to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

USCIS said this is the largest naturalization ceremony to take place in Colorado in 10 years.

“This ceremony is a celebration of these new U.S. citizens and our commitment to the naturalization process by achieving exceptional results in completing more than 11,500 applications for naturalization in Colorado in fiscal year 2019,” said Kristi Goldinger, USCIS Denver district director.

The candidates live all across Colorado as well as some coming from Wyoming.

The ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. at Centennial Center Park.
