ATLANTA – A spokesperson for Delta Airline confirmed it will further limit how far seats in Coach and First Class recline on its fleet of Airbus A320 planes.
Starting Saturday Delta says it will begin retrofitting the seats on all 62 of those planes, and they will lose about two inches of reclining space.
It will take about two months to finish that work.
Delta says it’s not about adding more seats or taking away space. Instead, the airline says it is focused on protecting customers’ personal space and making multi-tasking easier.
