CAÑON CITY – People are anxiously awaiting the results of Hulu’s “Small Business Revolution – Main Street” contest.
Cañon City is sitting in third place, right behind Durant, Oklahoma, and Searcy, Arkansas- the closest race the show has seen compared to its previous three seasons.
The city tweeted Wednesday that no matter what happens, it still needs people to support its small businesses.
If Cañon City wins, local small businesses will be eligible to receive $500,000 of help with marketings and renovations from celebrity experts and be featured on the fourth season of the Hulu show.
The results will be announced Tuesday, February 26th. TV crews will begin filing at the winning town next month.
