Summary: Our Friday storm will depart early Saturday, and moisture will slowly be drawn away with it. But for Friday night, light snow will continue in pockets, and where it falls most steady, roads and sidewalks will be slippery…into early Saturday.

Skies will begin to clear up later Saturday, with mostly fair weather will develop at night…on through Sunday & Monday. There’s a reason mostly. It’s a bit of an odd situation for southern border counties. The tail end of the moisture gets pulled back across this region, and a little new moisture cuts in from the western border counties, so that flurries likely persist Sunday, until early Monday. Less than an inch, but worth noting there.
