COLORADO SPRINGS – A man was rushed into surgery after being shot at a party in Colorado Springs early New Year’s Day.
It started with reports of shots fired and glass breaking at a party in the 5100 block of Crestwood Drive, near Flintridge and Academy.
When officers arrived, they learned someone had been shot, but left the scene. The victim showed up at Memorial Hospital a short time later.
No suspect information has been released. The unidentified victim was last reported in stable condition.
