PUEBLO – Around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Pueblo Police reported they were investigating an attempted carjacking in the 3400 block of Lake Avenue.
According to Pueblo PD, the suspect in the carjacking was described only as a 35-40-year-old male dressed in all black.
The suspect brandished a knife to an elderly individual and attempted to steal their car.
The carjacking was unsuccessful.
PD said the elderly victim suffered a minor stab wound to the chest and was knocked to the ground. There is no word on the victim’s injury status.
