COLORADO SPRINGS – A semi has hit the railroad bridge on E. Costilla near Wahsatch Ave near downtown Colorado Springs.
A Colorado Springs Fire Department Hazmat crew is heading to the scene to clean-up spilled hydraulic fluids.
Please avoid the area during the clean-up operation. A survey crew will likely be in the area to check for possible structural damage to the railroad overpass with a clearance of 13 feet and one inch.
