Woodland Park is serving as the backdrop for a movie that a film production company hopes will bring others to Colorado.

Keep It Moving Productions, which is based in Denver, is shooting a suspense thriller called ‘Soul Custody.’

Their goal is to make movies in the state, using local talent and hopefully bring tax incentives for film makers. Plus, they say, Woodland Park has been good to them.

”Woodland Park has been kind of like a family to us. One, as far as being a small town, they opened up the doors to us to bring what we need to as far as our production company and really bring it to life,” says producer Onder Asir.

The team at Keep It Moving Productions says keeping our local talent in state provides more opportunities for film school grads and Screen Actors Guild members.

‘Soul Custody’ starring Clifton Powell, Asha Bee, and Noa Kaiser does not have an official release date yet. Keep up with the production and the crew at kimprod.com.
