Police are investigating a shooting that happened at about 4:15 a.m. Tuesday morning off of Spruce St. and St. Vrain on the westside. A neighbor called police and said they heard a gunshot, followed by someone screaming that they’d been shot. When police arrived they found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest. His condition is unknown. There is a large police presence in the area and no suspect information is available at this time.
