The Chevy then rolled three times through the southbound lanes and off the west side of the road, both ejecting the driver and passenger.

The driver, 63-year-old Jesus Villegas of Pueblo, was pronounced dead at a local hospital. The passenger, 48-year-old David Madrid of Pueblo, was pronounced dead on scene.

CSP said both victims were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. Alcohol and drugs are not being considered factors in the crash.
