Eric Grant found guilty in Full Throttle Auto Service murder

A verdict was reached Tuesday in the trial of Eric Grant. 

Grant is one of two men suspected in the 2017 murder of 50-year-old George Maldonado at Full Throttle Auto Service.

Jurors found Grant guilty of the following charges; First Degree Murder After Deliberation, Felony Murder, First Degree Assault, Aggravated Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.

Jurors found Grant not guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree.

Grant was arrested in October of 2017 by law enforcement in Philadelphia. His sentencing is set for this Thursday, June 14th.

Grant’s accomplice, 59-year-old Derrick Davis, is also in court today for a motions hearing. Davis is also facing First Degree Murder charges.
