An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old girl who was reported missing in Thornton Thursday.

Police are looking for 2-year-old Kyley Allison Phipps, who’s described as a white girl with brown hair with pig tails and brown eyes. Police said she may be in a 2012 black Nissan Pathfinder with Colorado license plates 204-NKQ.

Police are also looking for 47-year-old Donetta Merle Phipps, who’s described as a 5’5 white woman with brown hair and brown eyes. The girl was last seen around noon in the area of 136th Avenue and Holly Street in Thornton, CO.
