Pueblo city residents can dump unwanted large items at a community clean up event this Saturday.

The Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment is hosting a Community Clean-up at St. Leander’s Church, E. 6 Street and Monument Avenue from 8 a.m to 1 p.m.

You will have to buy a voucher in order to dispose of your large garbage, like bulky items, passenger tires, appliances without Freon, metal scrap, branches that are less than six feet long, weeds, leaves, and scrap lumber.

Tickets start at $15. They can be bought at the Housing and Human Services Building on 4th and Amarillo, along with the Pueblo Department of Public Health and Environment at 101 W 9th St.

Vouchers go to the first 150 people.
