U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents made an alarming discovery in Texas Monday.
According to CNN, CBP agents were responding to an illegal border crossing where a baby tiger was found in a bag.
The cub was abandoned as the people attempting to cross the border crossed back over to Mexico.
The agency said the male tiger is three or four months old and has been turned over to a local zoo.
