Air Force football will get some National TV exposure in 2018.
The Falcons released some TV times for the upcoming season with three games on ESPN Networks.
But that does come with a cost, as you remember in 2017. Air Force kicked off three times after 8:30 pm at Falcon Stadium to empty stadiums.
Good news is the Falcons will go back to a normal Thanksgiving day slate, hosting CSU on November 22nd at 130pm.
The season gets underway on September 1st at Falcon Stadium vs. Stony Brook University.

Air Force’s national television package was announced by the Mountain West, which released its national package for the 2018 football season. Between CBS Sports Network and ESPN networks, 44 football games will be distributed nationally this coming season on various platforms. The Falcons will have nine games as a part of the package.
Air Force will play six games on CBS Sports Network, including its annual service academy home game. The Falcons host Navy, Oct. 6, at 1:30 p.m. in Falcon Stadium. Air Force had two away games move to Fridays, as the Falcons will play at San Diego State, Oct. 12, at 6 p.m. PT and at UNLV, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. PT. Both games will be on CBS SN. Air Force’s home game vs. Colorado State has been moved to Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 22, at 1:30 p.m. MT. Air Force’s game vs. Boise State Oct. 27 will be on CBS SN at 5 p.m. while the game against New Mexico Nov. 10 is at 1:30 p.m. at Falcon Stadium.
Air Force had three games selected by ESPN Networks and the game times will be announced at a later date. The Falcons’ games at Utah State, Sept. 22, vs. Nevada at home, Sept. 29, and at Wyoming, Nov. 17, are all on ESPN Net.
ESPN’s selections for the first three weeks of the season are anticipated by mid-June. Kick times and specific outlets for the remaining ESPN games will be determined during the course of the regular season (generally a 12-day window).
Additional broadcasts by AT&T SportsNet, Spectrum Sports (Hawai‘i) and Stadium will be announced in the coming months.
