The Pueblo Police Department has arrested 29-year-old Rudy Sosa in connection to an auto-pedestrian hit and run accident that occurred April 15.
Around 5 a.m., Sunday morning the 15th, Pueblo Police found 35-year-old Nathan Espinosa lying dead in the street in the 3900 block of Azalea Street in Pueblo.
Sosa was arrested on April 17th in Northglenn, Colorado. He was initially taken into custody by the Colorado Department of Corrections, Parole Division on a parole violation. He was then transported to the Pueblo Police Department where he was arrested.
Sosa was arrested on a warrant for first degree murder and booked into the Pueblo County Detention Center.
