KOAA’s News5 Athlete of the Week is Brittney White, attack on the Pine Creek Girl’s lacrosse team.
The Pine Creek sophomore is the team’s leading scorer and helping the Eagles stay in the top ten in 5A.
White, along with the other girls on the team, believe they are capable of winning a state title this season.
"I definitely think we’re capable of it, honestly we haven’t played a team that’s better than us yet, any games we’ve lost is because we beat ourselves."
