While stuffed animals are traditionally considered children’s gifts, Valentine’s Day has always been an exception to that rule, with adults giving teddy bears to loved ones and friends.

A traditional teddy bear is often a welcome surprise, though Build-A-Bear offers a few unique bears made specifically for adults, including a new bear decorated with Swarovski crystals! The collectible 10-inch bear has ultra-suede fur that’s embellished with Swarovski crystals on its face, ears and paw pads. It also has a heart crystal stitched on its chest.

The bear is $85, or you can add a gold necklace or silver necklace for an extra $50 for a total of $135. The bear comes pre-stuffed, so it is ready to go and does not need to be taken to Build-A-Bear workshop. The bear and necklace are not toys, and the gift is not intended for children younger than 15 years old.

If that luxe teddy bear is a little out of your price range, Build-A-Bear also has a gold bear for $28 and a Loveable Lion champagne gift set for $38.37 that includes a stuffed lion wearing satin pajamas and a satin robe and holding a plush champagne and glass set.

If you are looking for more unique ways to express your love on Valentine’s Day, how about turning a standard bouquet of flowers into something your loved one can eat instead?

You can make a bouquet out of almost anything, from Reese’s products to doughnuts and even chicken nuggets. You can also order food bouquets online, like this salami bouquet from Hickory Farms or this DIY-pickle-bouquet kit from Grillo’s Pickles.
