COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating two violent deaths in the city's southeast side Wednesday evening.
Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 200 block of University Drive, near Academy and Airport, just before 5:30 p.m.
A shooting was reported in the 3400 block of Springnite, near Academy and Milton E. Proby Parkway, just before 7 p.m.
Springs police tell News5 that the victims at both scenes died from their injuries. No other details have been confirmed at this time.
The investigations into both deaths are ongoing.
