SOUTHERN COLORADO — Thanksgiving is almost here and Christmas is just around the corner, so if you are looking for something to do holiday related this weekend, The News5 team has come up with a list of events that you should check out in Southern Colorado.
Vintage Market Days
What: Vintage Market Days is an upscale vintage inspired indoor and outdoor market featureing orginal art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, handmafe treasures, home decor, outdoor furnishings, and much more.
When: November 22, 23 and 24
Where: Norris Penrose Event Center
Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Cost: Friday: Early Buying Event: $15.00
Saturday: General Admission: $10
Sunday: General Admission: $5
Admission for children under 12 is free.
City of Colorado Springs Tree Lighting Ceremony
What: It's Colorado Springs' annual tree lighting ceremony at Acacia Park! The celebration will include ice skating, games, live music, a visit from Santa, and the lighting of the tree!
When: November 23
Where: Acacia Park
Time: 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Cost: The event is free to attend, but there is a fee for ice skating. $10 per person and includes skates Kids 4 and under skate for free.
Santa's Wonderland
What: Santa’s Wonderland is the ultimate free family Christmas event. The magic returns to Bass Pro Shops and Colorado Springs-area families are invited to enjoy this enchanting Christmas village offering free 4x6 studio-quality photos with Santa and free family holiday activities including fun crafts and games. Kids can also enjoy free crafts, coloring stations, and write a letter to Santa.

The Seven Falls Winter Lights
What: Celebrate the start of the Holiday Season with the 5th Annual Winter Lights at The Broadmoor Seven Falls! Enjoy activities during the day, a visit by Santa and Mrs. Claus, plus treats and hot chocolate and of course join in on the fun as the Seven Falls Winter lights are illuminated at 5:30 p.m.
When: November 23
Where: The Broadmoor Seven Falls
Cost: Tickets will only be available day of, at The Broadmoor Seven Falls ticket booth.
Entrance Fee for Adults: Ages 13+ years – $15.50
Entrance Fee for Seniors and Military (with ID) - $12.75
Entrance Fee for Children: Ages 2 – 12 years – $9.50
Children under 2 years of age are FREE
Holiday Market:
What: Get into the holiday spirit by heading to the 2019 Holiday Market! You can look at art and fine items made by local Colorado artists. You can also browse hand-crafted items and you'll be able to find something unique for anyone, even the impossible-to-shop-for people on your gift list!
Where: Commonwheel Artists Co-op, 102 Canon Ave, Manitou Springs
