If you’re following a keto or low-carb diet, swapping pasta for vegetable noodles made from zucchini or squash is a game-changer. While they can be fairly easy to make yourself, they definitely take more time than throwing some spaghetti into a pot of boiling water.

Luckily, you can buy pre-made veggie noodles that are easy to whip up when you’re pressed for time or if you’re simply not into cooking. And now that Sam’s Club is offering squash noodles, you can buy them in bulk and throw them in the freezer so you always have some on hand.

The warehouse club’s new zucchini and yellow squash spirals from Tattooed Chef are exclusive to Sam’s Club. Made of 100% real zucchini and yellow squash, the spirals take minutes to cook before presto, you have some gorgeous and tasty zoodles.

A 42-ounce bag of the frozen vegetable spiral nests is $10.98. A bag contains 30 spiral nests, or 15 servings, and those two-nest servings are only 15 calories each. To cook, just place the veggie nests in a large skillet with water on the stove. Then just stir and season. They’re done in about 10 minutes.

You can even microwave these veggie noodles. Just place them in a bowl, cover and cook for about 6-7 minutes. Then drain excess liquid and season or toss the noodles in sauce.

You will have to have a Sam’s Club membership to get the noodles, so if you don’t have a membership or a Sam’s Club near you, you can still try your hand at making them yourself. You can make bigger, broader veggie noodles with a mandoline, but if you want spirals, you’ll need a spiralizer. Other than that, you just slice or spiral whatever vegetable you want to turn into noodles and cook them up!
