Today’s Forecast:
We're going to be warmer and windier today across the region with high fire danger expected back across the mountains and southern I-25 corridor. Highs will warm back into the 80s with daytime wind gusts in the 20 to 30 mph range. Overnight the winds will lighten up and we'll see lows drop into the 40s.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 80; Low: 47. Warmer and windy today with sunny skies and elevated fire concerns.

PUEBLO: High: 87; Low: 49. Hot, sunny, and breezy today with elevated fire conditions.

CANON CITY: High: 84; Low: 51. Very warm and breezy today with sunshine and elevated fire conditions.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 71; Low: 42. Beautiful today with sunny skies and breezy daytime winds with elevated fire concerns.

TRI-LAKES: High: 70s; Low: 40s. Gorgeous, sunny, and warm with breezy daytime conditions and elevated fire concerns.

PLAINS: High: 80s; Low: 50s. Elevated fire danger with dry air, windy daytime conditions, and sunny skies.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 80s; Low: 50s. Red Flag Warnings are active into the evening from strong afternoon winds and low humidity.

Extended Outlook:
We're going to see dry skies on Saturday but with more wind and increased fire danger. Sunday is going to be a day with rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening hours. Monday we still have scattered storm potential but we'll be dry and warmer from Tuesday through Thursday.
