Tonight's Forecast:
Other than some gusty north breezes early this evening, the wind won't be much of a factor in tonight's forecast. Our skies may turn a little overcast after midnight as some clouds stream in from the north, but snow is not expected here in Southern Colorado.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low: 26; High: 62. After the morning chill wears off, Sunday afternoon will be mostly sunny and warmer, with afternoon highs nearly 20 degrees above average.

PUEBLO: Low: 19; High: 64. Near average lows on Sunday will give way to a very warm for December afternoon as highs climb well into the 60s.

CANON CITY: Low: 29; High: 63. Unseasonably warm on Sunday across Fremont County, with a few fair weather clouds expected from time to time.

WOODLAND PARK: Low: 21; High: 50. Considering how cold it can get this time of the year, we're looking at a gorgeous Sunday in Teller County.

TRI-LAKES: Low: 20s; High: 50s. A cold start, but by the lunch hour, our day will turn nice and mild, with mostly sunny skies and light winds.

PLAINS: Low: 10s/20s; High: 50s/60s. With a cold morning and mild afternoon in our forecast, remember to dress in layers on Sunday if you're out and about running errands.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: 20s; High: 50s. A warm for December forecast will continue across far southern parts of the state on Sunday...and well into next week.

MOUNTAINS: Low: 0s/10s; High: 30s/40s. A bright, breezy and beautiful day for the mountains of Southern Colorado, with highs expected to warm above the freezing mark.

Extended Outlook:
We're not looking at any big changes through at least the middle of next week. This will mean more beautiful, and unseasonably warm weather ahead for Southern Colorado. Highs will be peak next Tuesday and Wednesday before a storm system late in the week brings colder temperatures, gusty winds and the possibility of fresh snow.
