COLORADO SPRINGS — We'll see snow flurries at times this evening, ending late tonight with areas of low clouds and fog with low visibility. The low overnight will be 23. Flurries Saturday with wind gusts up to 45 mph. Expect areas of blowing snow. High of 30.

Pueblo will see flurries tonight with a low of 23. Gusty winds with blowing snow on Saturday. High 35.

Canon City will see a low of 24 tonight. Snow flurries and blowing snow with gusty winds on Saturday. High of 35.

In Woodland Park, we'll see a low tonight of 18. Light snow on Saturday with 1-4" possible by afternoon. High of 23.

Tri Lakes is expecting a low of 19 tonight. Strong winds and areas of blowing snow on Saturday. Near blizzard conditions. High of 25.

Plains seeing a low of 24 tonight. Flurries and windy conditions on Saturday with a high of 35. Little or no snow accumulation.

Walsenburg - Trinidad expect a low of 23 tonight. Snow flurries and windy conditions on Saturday with a hight of 35. 1-3" of accumulation.

Extended forecast...Very dangerous travel Saturday from the north end of Colorado Springs north to Denver. Wind and snow will combine to produce blowing snow and low visibility. Near blizzard conditions with winds gusting to 45 mph at times. The storm exits late Saturday with clearing skies late.

Sunshine Sunday, but cold with highs in the 30's. Staying cold and dry on Monday. Dry Tuesday with highs warming into the 40's. A mild start to the New Year Wednesday with highs in the 40's and low 50's. A weak storm could produce a few flurries late Wednesday into early Thursday morning.
