Today’s Forecast:
A few light snow showers fell over Teller and western El Paso Counties early this morning, but any lingering snow will quickly diminish by and just after sunrise. Temperatures will be on the cooler side today after the passage of the front, but we'll stay dry for most of the region. Overnight the winds will lighten up a bit and we'll get cold with lows dropping below freezing.

Extended Outlook:
Lighter winds and clear skies will allow for a very chilly start to Monday morning as lows slip to and below freezing. Monday is going to be another windy day, although not quite as bad as today. There could be a few isolated sprinkles or even a flurry in Teller and El Paso Counties Monday afternoon, but most of the area is expected to stay dry. Tuesday will be warm and sunny with cooler weather by Wednesdy and Thursday.
Snow is looking very likely by next Wednesday and Thursday. At this point, it looks like rain will turn to snow late in the day Wednesday through Thursday morning. It's too early to tell how much snow will come, but Thursday morning's commute could be on the slick side.
