Today’s Forecast:
A cold front overnight will bring refreshing, fall-like temperatures to southern Colorado today! Highs will be around 5 to 7 degrees cooler than Tuesday, with a lot more sunshine through the region. We'll stay dry today other than a few afternoon showers in far northern Teller County that push into Douglas County. Tonight clear skies and light winds will allow for a very chilly night with lows in the lower 50s.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High - 79; Low - 51. Sunny and mild with stronger southeast winds in the afternoon.

PUEBLO: High - 86; Low - 52. Sunny and warm with gustier southeast winds through the afternoon.

CANON CITY: High - 84; Low - 56. Sunny and warm with strong east and southeast winds through the afternoon.

WOODLAND PARK: High - 71; Low - 46. Sunny and nice with gusty southerly winds in the afternoon.

TRI-LAKES: High - 70s; Low - 40s. Sunny and mild with stronger southerly winds in the afternoon.

PLAINS: High - 80s; Low - 50s. Sunny and warm with strong southeast winds through the afternoon.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High - 80s; Low - 50s. Sunny and warm with gusty southerly winds in the afternoon.

Extended Outlook:
Thursday will start chilly and sunny with warmer air through the afternoon and gusty winds into the end of the day. There could be some showers that run through the area Thursday night, bringing heavier clouds into early Friday morning. A cold front will push strong winds through the region Friday afternoon, with highs falling back into the 70s and 80s by Saturday. The weekend looks cooler, sunny, and dry.
