Bitter cold in the morning with sunny and crisp daytime conditions

Today’s Forecast:
Another bitter cold morning across southern Colorado, but with some temperature relief through the afternoon. We'll see plenty of snow melt today with sunny skies and fairly light winds. Overnight we'll stay cold with increasing cloud cover through Thursday.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High: 47; Low: 23. Mostly sunny with a few more clouds by the end of the day and chilly daytime temperatures.

PUEBLO: High: 49; Low: 14. Sunny and dry with calm winds and mild daytime temperatures.

CANON CITY: High: 49; Low: 24. Mostly sunny with a few more clouds by the end of the day and cool daytime temperatures.

WOODLAND PARK: High: 45; Low: 18. Mostly sunny with a few more clouds by the end of the day, light winds, and chilly daytime temperatures.

TRI-LAKES: High: 40s; Low: 20s. Mostly sunny with a few more clouds by the end of the day, dry, light winds, and chilly daytime high temperatures.

PLAINS: High: 50s; Low: 10s. Sunny with light winds, dry conditions, and mild daytime high temperatures.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High: 40s; Low: 10s. Mostly sunny, breezy, and cool through the daytime.

Extended Outlook:
We'll see more cloud cover on Thursday with a bit more of a breeze through the day and highs around a degree or two warmer than today. Friday is going to be sunny and dry, with highs back into the 60s by the weekend! As of now, we're not seeing a white Christmas across southern Colorado, but stay tuned in case that changes!
