Showers end, nice first day of Spring

Tonight’s Forecast:

A few showers and flurries will be around this evening before clearing overnight.  Any accumulations with these will generally be pretty light for most. Best chance for that to add up will be for the southeast mountains and southern I-25 corridor. Lows tonight will be in the 10’s and 20’s.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 22, High – 53. A few showers this evening. Mostly sunny and milder Wednesday.

PUEBLO: Low – 24, High – 60. Showers this evening, ending overnight. Warmer and sunny tomorrow.

CANON CITY: Low – 25, High – 59. A few showers this evening. A mostly sunny and mild start to Spring.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 16, High – 46. Showers at times this evening, tapering off overnight. Bright and milder on Wednesday.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 10’s, High – 49. A few showers this evening, ending overnight. More sunshine and mild tomorrow.

PLAINS: Low – 20’s, High – 60’s. Chance for a stray shower this evening. Mainly sunny and warmer Wednesday.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 20’s, High – 50’s. Showers this evening, eventually tapering off tonight. Milder tomorrow for the start of Spring.

REST OF THE WEEK: Sunshine will ring in the new season as Spring officially begins on Wednesday. Temperatures will also improve, getting into the 50’s and low 60’s. Temperatures stay pretty steady for the rest of the work week. Shower chances return later Thursday into Friday. A brief break on Saturday with highs in the 60’s. Then shower chances return later Sunday into Monday. Those will likely come with cooler temperatures in the 40’s by Monday.
