Today’s Forecast:
Chilly today across southern Colorado but the best part of the forecast, light winds! The breeze will stay generally between 5 to 10 mph for most of the area, which will feel amazing compared to Monday. The sunny skies will help make today feel decent, for January, but prepare for highs to stop in the 40s across the region. Tonight, mainly clear skies will allow temperatures to get very cold and fall back to the 20s and teens.

EXTENDED OUTLOOK:
The forecast remains pretty tame through much of this week. We’ll be warmer tomorrow with partly cloudy skies, but it’s Thursday that really looks awesome! Highs will be back in the 50s and even an few 60s on Thursday afternoon with plenty of sunshine to make it look and feel great.

There is a small chance for a rain to snow event for our area Friday night into Saturday morning, but right now, we’re being pretty skeptical and cautious. We’ll keep an eye on that system but for now, we don’t think it looks very good.
