We’ll have clouds around throughout the day. The mountain will see some decent snow with just a chance for a quick shot of rain/snow possible for the lower elevations. Any snow will have a head time accumulating.

NEXT WEEK: Dry skies overnight with lows in the teens. Sunday looks dry with clouds at times. Highs again in the 40’s. If you have plans for holiday travel this weekend, we’re not expecting any major impacts aside from mountain snow. We’re looking mainly dry for Christmas Eve and most of Christmas Day with highs in the 40’s and low 50’s. We’ll have a bit of cloud cover with mainly dry skies. Snow arrives later Christmas day for the mountains. Snow arrives Christmas night for the lower elevations with a decent storm system expected for the middle of the week. Snow and gusty winds will likely cause issues with roads and travel on Wednesday. This could be a decent snow event with some much needed moisture.
