Monday Evening Weather: Warming trend continues

Tonight’s Forecast:

It’s been a bright start to the short work and school week with slightly milder temperatures. Clear skies continue this evening and overnight. Lows will be in the 20’s for most areas.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 22, High – 53. Clear tonight. Mainly sunny Tuesday with warmer temperatures.

PUEBLO: Low – 18, High – 57. Clear skies continue tonight and tomorrow. Temperatures continue to improve.

CANON CITY: Low – 23, High -56. Skies stay clear tonight. Sunshine and milder temps tomorrow.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 15, High – 48. Clear and cold overnight. Bright and milder Tuesday.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 20’s, High – 50’s. Clear and below freezing tonight. Sunny and milder tomorrow.

PLAINS: Low – 20’s, High – 50’s. Clear skies continue overnight. More sunshine Tuesday with milder highs.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 20’s, High – 50’s. Skies stay clear tonight. Sunny and warmer tomorrow.

REST OF THE WEEK: Sunshine will be abundant for the next few days with temperatures warming a few degrees each day as we head towards Thanksgiving. We’ll get into the 50’s tomorrow with some 60’s heading our way by Thursday. No weather related travel delays expected on our end for the biggest travel day, Wednesday. Strong winds at times will be the biggest concern for Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Clouds increase Friday with a slight drop in temps. The temperatures drop will continue into the weekend with highs only in the 30’s and 40’s on Sunday. The chance for rain/snow will return to the forecast Saturday and Sunday. Below average temperatures look to stick around for the first part of the week.
