Today’s Forecast:

There’s a thin layer of ice on many surfaces this morning. Plan on needing a lot of extra time to get the car ready if it wasn’t protected. Precipitation has generally come to an end, but there are areas of fog and even freezing fog early this morning. Early morning clouds and fog will try to improve as we go through the day. More sunshine by this afternoon. Temperatures will improve a little bit from yesterday, but they’ll still be below average in the 30’s and 40’s.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High – 41; Low – 21. Icy roads this morning with clouds and fog. Skies will clear quickly with a brighter afternoon ahead.

REST OF THE WEEK: Another very cold night with some areas of refreezing possible. Lows in the 10’s and 20’s. Sunshine prevails for the rest of the week and temperatures will be warming. Monday is still a transition day with highs in the 40’s and 50’s. 50’s and 60’s settle in for the rest of the week.  A few clouds with breezy winds and above average temperatures for Thanksgiving and Black Friday. The next chance for rain hold off until at least Saturday and even that is a minimal chance as of now.
