EXTENDED OUTLOOK:
A HUGE cold front is on the way tonight and we will feel it Saturday! Temperatures will be on average 20 to 30 degrees colder Saturday compared to today. Light snow will follow the cold front, starting around the noon hour up on the Palmer Divide and then slowly spreading south to the border with snow ending early Sunday morning.

Snow totals look pretty meager for most of our area. The “biggest snow amounts will likely fall in the Pikes Peak and Palmer Divide area, but most totals through that region will stay below 2 inches. Temperatures in the 50s and 60s today will mean that the roads will stay pretty warm through Saturday, so slick roads are really not expected. Sunday will be dry and a lot warmer with highs back in the 40s.
