Forecast: You can’t make this up…we go from near 60F Saturday, to 20s and snowing on Sunday. Only in Colorado! A cold front is barreling down through our area this evening, and beyond it, an upslope wind will crush temperatures Sunday & Monday, and create snow out of thin air, literally. It will begin Sunday morning, wind down in the evening, and before it’s done, expect 2-4″ in Springs, 4-6, maybe more…Palmer Divide, half a foot in Woodland Park, a few inches in Pueblo, and a light coat in the Plains. Final flurries end Monday morning. Tuesday is a transitional day, and it looks fantastic Wednesday & Thursday.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 23, High – 25. Cloudy, flurries late tonight. Snow, wind and cold Sunday.

PUEBLO: Low – 27, High – 30. Cloudy tonight. Snow, wind and cold Sunday.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 17, High – 20. Cloudy, flurries late tonight. Snow, wind and cold Sunday.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 20, High – 22. Cloudy, flurries late tonight. Snow, wind and cold Sunday.

PLAINS: Low – 27, High – 31. Cloudy, flurries late tonight. Snow, wind and cold Sunday.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 24, High – 27. Becoming cloudy tonight. Snow showers, wind and cold Sunday.

EXTENDED OUTLOOK: After a major temp plunge Sunday & Monday, Tuesday is a transitional day, and it turns amazing for next Wednesday through…who knows!
