Today’s Forecast:
Record temperatures are back today in Pueblo and Colorado Springs isn’t going to be too far off itself. Dry air and full sunshine under an elevated heat ridge work together to bring an early July feel to mid September. We’ll see cloud coverage over the mountains spill into the I-25 corridor and then push east into the Pikes Peak area, but we’ll stay dry today.

PUEBLO: High – 98; Low – 59. Record breaking temps expected today with the old record at 96 degrees.

CANON CITY: High – 95; Low – 60. Very hot and dry air with lots of sunshine and light winds.

WOODLAND PARK: High – 80; Low – 54. Warm and dry today with afternoon cloud cover.

TRI-LAKES: High – 80s; Low – 50s. Very warm and dry today with afternoon cloud cover.

PLAINS: High – 90s; Low – 50s/60s. Very hot and dry air with near triple digit highs and clear skies.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: High – 80s; Low – 50s. Very hot air through the plains and a few afternoon clouds.

WEEKEND OUTLOOK
