Tonight’s Forecast:
A compact, little storm is going to drop through Sunday, and spark scattered thundershowers, mainly in the afternoon and early evening. Small hail and gusty winds are the main issues. But you will feel the cool temperatures through early Monday. Monday is a transitional day, with brighter skies, fresh breezes, and temperatures beginning to warm up. By midweek, those numbers will become scalding…and it will last through Friday, at least!

PUEBLO: Low – 62, High – 80. Partly cloudy to clear tonight. Partly sunny Sunday morning, slight chance for an afternoon t-shower.

CANON CITY: Low – 60, High – 78. Partly cloudy to clear tonight. Partly sunny Sunday morning, slight chance for an afternoon t-shower.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 58, High – 78. Partly cloudy to clear tonight. Partly sunny Sunday morning, a storm in the later afternoon/evening.

NEXT WEATHER MAKER: The only weather-maker coming our way after Sunday, is a heat pump known as high pressure. It will bring excessive heat to us, midweek, and for at least 4-5 days. Be aware of small children, the elderly, and pets.
