Today’s Forecast:
Hot stuff today. Plus, wind. And single digit afternoon humidity. All that, spells extreme high fire danger.
There’s a ridge of surface and jet stream high pressure, blocking storms to the north, overhead. However, the tail of a cool front will shave highs over the weekend, back in to the 70s. But it will be short-lived. Heat will return in robust fashion, Monday through all of next week. And, our only chance for rainfall is over the weekend.
