Weather Alert Day; Hailstorms coming through!

Storms that have blown through the I-25 corridor this afternoon, may take until 9pm to clear eastern Colorado. They contain hail, which may be as large as quarters, so be aware, especially in eastern Colorado…where they’ve had more time to grow before moving through. Once gone, there may be a bit of fog in their place, but the overnight will be clear and calm-er.

The jet stream is going to lift north quick, so that our temperatures will again skyrocket Thursday & Friday, towards 90F in Springs, and towards 100F in Pueblo…east to Lamar.

There will be no rain chance for Thursday through Saturday.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 51, High – 89. Tonight, clearing up, some patches of fog possible. Thursday, sunny & hot.

PUEBLO: Low – 53, High – 95. Tonight, clearing up.. Thursday, sunny & hot.

CANON CITY: Low – 53, High – 92. Tonight, clearing up.. Thursday, sunny & hot.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 43, High – 77. Tonight, clearing up. Thursday, sunny…hot.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 46, High – 83. Tonight, clearing up. Thursday, sunny & warm.

PLAINS: Low – 56, High – 95. Tonight, clearing up, some patches of fog possible. Thursday, sunny & hot.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 52, High – 90. Tonight, clearing up, some patches of fog possible. Thursday, sunny & hot.


WEEKEND OUTLOOK: Saturday, dry and cooler (70s), Sunday clouding up in the afternoon with a possible T-storm.
