Tuesday Evening Weather: Mainly Dry Tonight, More Active Tomorrow

Tonight’s Forecast:
Small chance for a stray storm this evening, but most areas stay on the dry side. Mostly clear this evening with some cloud cover trying to move in for the plains. Lows in the 40’s and 50’s. 

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 50, High – 80. Mainly dry tonight. Chance for strong to severe storms on Wednesday.

PUEBLO: Low – 54, High – 86. Dry overnight. Chance for showers/storms that could be strong or severe tomorrow.

CANON CITY: Low – 55, High – 83. Dry tonight. Shower/storm chances Wednesday. Some could be strong to severe.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 43, High – 71. Chance for a stray shower this evening. PM shower/storm chances on Wednesday. Some could be strong to severe.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 40’s, High – 70’s. Quiet overnight. Slightly warmer tomorrow with pm shower/storm chances, possibly getting strong to severe.

PLAINS: Low – 50’s, High – 80’s. Mainly dry tonight. Shower/storm tomorrow, potentially getting strong to severe.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 50’s, High – 80’s. Dry tonight. Chance for a shower/storm tomorrow, possibly on the strong to severe side.


TOMORROW OUTLOOK OR NEXT WEATHER MAKER: Slightly better chance for showers/storms Wednesday afternoon. Some of those could be on the strong to severe side. Highs will be mainly in the 80’s. Hotter and drier for the rest of the short work week. Highs will be back in the 80’s and 90’s with brighter skies. Stronger winds on Friday will likely prompt another round of Red Flag Warnings. Temperatures cool into at least the 80’s for the weekend. We’ll have the chance for a little bit of shower/storm activity Sunday into Monday.
