Tonight’s Forecast:
The holiday weekend will be mostly dry and mostly hot. Expect record-tying or record-breaking highs both weekend days, and slightly cooler numbers for the Holiday.As for rain chances? Slim. Realistically, only mid-late afternoons, and only Mountaintops and extreme eastern Colorado. Otherwise, not for a week or more.

For those who are curious, the current record highs for Saturday for COS/PUE are: 90/92, and for Sunday: 89/95. All are in jeopardy.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 55, High – 95. Clear tonight with a light south wind. Sunny & hot Saturday.


HOLIDAY WEEKEND OUTLOOK: Just plain hot by day, warm by night. Light south winds. Small chance for a midday storm mountaintops, or extreme eastern Colorado…through Monday.
