REST OF THE WEEK: Temperature remain warm for the rest of the week as an upper level ridge builds over the central part of the country. We’ll have highs in the 80’s and even 90’s through the weekend with this pattern. A few clouds at times for the rest of the work and school week, but we stay mainly dry. The exception to this could be the far eastern plains where the will be a chance for showers/storms for at least the next few days with a few being strong to severe on Wednesday. Dry, sunny, and hot for most of Memorial Day Weekend. Temps look to cool a bit with additional clouds and a small chance for moisture on the holiday.
