Today’s Forecast:
It will feel like late May today, with temps soaring to 82 in the Springs, and mid 80s for much of the Front Range. Winds will kick up to about 20-25 mph with gusts over 30 at times in the afternoon. Ergo, the Red Flag Warning.

There is a slim chance for a brief late-day shower for the southeastern corner of the State, but otherwise, high and dry. And the same can be said for Monday, with a gradual down turn in the temps combined with an increase in the clouds, through Tuesday and Wednesday. More showers creeping into the mountains will be felt Tuesday afternoon, and could affect places like Woodland Park by then, but more likely for Wednesday afternoon and Thursday.

But we are back to sun, warmth, dry weather for Friday and Saturday.

COLORADO SPRINGS: High – 82; Low – 45. Mostly sunny Sunday. Becoming breezy and warm by afternoon.

PUEBLO: High – 86; Low – 47. Mostly sunny Sunday. Becoming breezy and warm by afternoon.

CANON CITY: High – 84; Low – 48. Mostly sunny Sunday. Becoming breezy and warm by afternoon.

WOODLAND PARK: High – 70; Low – 42. Mostly sunny Sunday. Becoming breezy and warm by afternoon.

TRI-LAKES: High – 75; Low – 44. Mostly sunny Sunday. Becoming breezy and warm by afternoon.

PLAINS: High – 88; Low – 52. Mostly sunny Sunday. Becoming breezy and warm by afternoon. Slight chance late-day shower.
