Today’s Forecast:
A weak cool front passes through the area Thursday afternoon, and could potentially set off a shower with it’s passage, but that will be the exception, not the rule. It will keep Thursday slightly cooler and somewhat breezy. However, Spring almost jumps to Summer…Friday through Sunday, as a nice ridge of upper level high pressure is reflected by a surface high, creating dry conditions and bright, warm days ahead. Realistically, we are looking at Tuesday as the next chance for any rain, and really, Wednesday is more likely.

COLORADO SPRINGS: Low – 40, High – 58. Clear tonight with a light southwest wind. Partly sunny, blustery and slightly cooler Thursday.

PUEBLO: Low – 41, High – 63. Clear tonight with a light southwest wind. Partly sunny, blustery and slightly cooler Thursday.

CANON CITY: Low – 42, High – 62. Clear tonight with a light southwest wind. Partly sunny, blustery and slightly cooler Thursday.

WOODLAND PARK: Low – 32, High – 50. Clear tonight with a light southwest wind. Partly sunny, blustery and slightly cooler Thursday with a brief midday shower.

TRI-LAKES: Low – 36, High – 54. Clear tonight with a light southwest wind. Partly sunny, blustery and slightly cooler Thursday with a brief midday shower.

PLAINS: Low – 38, High – 63. Clear tonight with a light southwest wind. Partly sunny, blustery and slightly cooler Thursday, maybe a PM shower.

WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low – 42, High – 60. Clear tonight with a light southwest wind. Partly sunny, blustery and slightly cooler Thursday.

WEEKEND OUTLOOK:  Dry both weekend days, and warming up into the 70s.
