COLORADO SPRINGS — The UCCS men's basketball team dropped a tight showdown with Regis, 74-69 Tuesday night at the Gallogly Events Center.
Leading 37-29 at halftime, the Mountain Lions were outscored by the Rangers 45-32 in the final 20 minutes, falling to 3-4 on the season.
It was a game that featured 12 lead changes and four ties during the conference battle.
RMAC Offensive Player of the Week, Alijah Comithier, led Colorado Springs with 25 points while Cameron Underwood added 15.
Regis' Brian Dawson paced all scorers with 28 points in the game.
The Moutain Lions will look to get back on track when they host the South Dakota School of Mines Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
