PEYTON — In a battle of undefeated 1A powerhouse teams, the Peyton Panthers and Florence Huskies competed in a Thursday night showdown.
In a cold and wet game, Florence would run past Peyton, 48 to 6.
Florence remains undefeated with the win, and will face Rye in Week 4.
The Panthers drop to 2-1 and take on Trinidad on the road next week.
