As millions of Americans travel across the country for Thanksgiving, one plane was forced to divert last Sunday because of an unruly passenger.

Video shot by a passenger on board shows the moments after Tony Jackson was sat back down in his seat.

It's the moments during the flight from Las Vegas to Chicago, that passengers say were nerve-racking.

Thirty minutes into the flight, Jackson apparently got out of his seat and walked toward the front of the plane, according to passengers. He eventually was led back to his seat.

But just one minute later, passengers said he jumped out of his seat, grabbed his bag, and quickly walked to the cockpit. He started yelling and demanding to speak to the pilot, according to passengers.

Once again, flight attendants managed to sit him back in his seat, keeping other passengers on board calm until they diverted to Denver where the man was arrested.

The FBI says he's currently awaiting federal charges for intentionally interfering with a flight crew member.
