COLORADO SPRINGS — As Colorado Springs continues to grow, demands on the city's transportation system are also growing.
The city has launched a study to see how those in the city use transportation so it can be developed.
It's been 20 years since a study like this was done in the Springs.
This one consists of an online survey to get feedback to make it easier to get around in the region.
"Whether you drive to work, or ride your bike to work, or whether you use your bike to recreate, however you get around the city we'd like to hear what you have to say about transportation," said City Traffic Engineer Todd Frisbie. "The challenges you see, the opportunities that might be there as we guide transportation into the future."
This survey is not about reporting road damage like potholes.
The focus is on improving infrastructure, including adding roundabouts, bike lanes, or sidewalks.
The survey will be available through September 11.
