EL PASO COUNTY — A man has been arrested and charged with the murder of 22-year-old Dedrea L. Duncan.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office received a call on July 31 from someone reporting they saw someone laying on the side of the road on Highway 24 in Cascade.
The victim was later identified as Duncan.
47-year-old James Maurice Walker was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with Murder in the First Degree. He has been booked into the El Paso County Jail.
