COLORADO SPRINGS — Big changes are happening at Panorama Park in southeast Colorado Springs.
Construction started earlier this year to make upgrades like adding a restroom, a splash pad with changing rooms, and a basketball court.
Project leaders say these changes will give neighbors recreational opportunities other parks in the Springs don't offer.
