COLORADO SPRINGS — The City of Colorado Springs is dealing with a couple messy water main breaks.
City officials say the first is an eight inch water main break on Astrozon Blvd. and Jet Wing Dr. The other water main break is at Chelton Rd. and Verde Rd. Both of the water main breaks date to the 1970's
Due to water main repairs, avoid the intersection of Chelton Rd. and Verde Rd. as well as Jet Wing Dr. and Astrozon Blvd until noon on Thursday, December 12.
Lanes will be restricted and traffic delays are expected in both areas.
